Seeking Designers for the 2017-2018 season!

City Circle Acting Company and Young Footliters Youth Theatre are seeking designers for the 2017-2018 season. Positions in set, lights, sound and costumes are available, and all local designers are welcome and encouraged to join our team! Many positions include an honorarium. We are a community-based theatre and love working with designers who are independent, volunteer-friendly, and flexible collaborators in making the show go on!

Please contact Liz Tracey at etracey@coralville.org if you are interested or have questions.

About our Venue:
The Coralville Center for the Performing Arts is a state of the art 472 seat facility with 170 seats on the balcony and 302 seats on the main floor.  It has a 38 foot wide stage with flexible depths ranging from 10 feet to 42 feet.  The stage has a 20 foot high proscenium with a fly tower, 27 line sets, cyclorama, scrim and mid stage black.  It has a state of the art ION light board and a 48-channel digital sound mixer. We have an on-the-premises costume shop and a large selection of costume inventory.  Our build shop is located offsite and sets are built modularly to be loaded in by truck one week before opening.
